Abstract:
Lokální struktury jsou alternativními strukturami DNA. Každá lokální struktura vzniká ve specifické sekvenci DNA. Tyto specifické sekvence se vyskytují ve funkčně důležitých oblastech genomu. To je příčinou biologického významu těchto struktur. V dnešní době je možná detekce těchto struktur mnoha metodami, jako NMR spektroskopií nebo CD spektroskopií. Local structures are alernative DNA structures. Each local structure was formed by a specific DNA sequence. These specific DNA sequences are situated at functionally important areas of various genomes. It is cosed of biological signifikance of these structures.
