Abstract:
Bakalářská práce v úvodní části pojednává o historickém vývoji směnek ve světě a v České republice. V dalších podkapitolách se zabývám druhy směnek a také jsem se zaměřila na náležitosti směnek, které musí dle zákona směnečného a šekového obsahovat.
