Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku informovanosti a připravenosti obyvatelstva na vznik mimořádné události v oblasti Jaderné elektrárny Dukovany. Tématem práce je řešení připravenosti obyvatelstva žijícího v zóně havarijního plánování Jaderné elektrárny Dukovany na vznik mimořádné události a s tím spojená informovanost a předávání znalostí, které jsou spojeny s následným postupem při řešení vzniklé mimořádné události. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části práce je obsažena teoretická část, která je zacílena na samotné fungování Jaderné elektrárny Dukovany a pojmy související se vznikem mimořádné události. Dále je v teoretické části práce definována informovanost a připravenost obyvatelstva, informování tísňovými nebo rozhlasovými relacemi o vzniku mimořádné události a varování před ní. Druhá část práce obsahuje praktickou část, která se zabývá úrovní informovanosti a připravenosti obyvatelstva na vznik mimořádné události v oblasti Jaderné elektrárny Dukovany. Součástí praktické části práce je dotazník. Pomocí dotazníku je proveden výzkum všeobecných znalostí obyvatel o problematice vzniku mimořádné události v oblasti Jaderné elektrárny Dukovany. Při zpracování tématu byly použity informace z odborných publikací a platné legislativy, která se danou problematikou zabývá.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of awareness and preparedness of the population for the genesis of an emergency in the area of the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant. The topic of the thesis is the solution of the preparedness of the population living in the emergency planning zone of the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant for the genesis of an emergency and the associated information and knowledge transfer, which are associated with the subsequent procedure in dealing with the emergency. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical part, which is focused on the operation of the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant and the concepts related to the occurrence of an emergency. Furthermore, the theoretical part of the thesis defines the information and preparedness of the population, warnings and informing emergency or radio programs about the occurrence of emergencies. The second part of the work contains a practical part, which deals with the level of information and preparedness of the population for an emergency in the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant. Practical part of the thesis includes a questionnaire. The questionnaire is used for a survey of the general knowledge of the population in the field of emergency in the area of the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant. During the elaboration of the topic was used information from professional publications and valid legislation dealing with the given issue.
