Diplomová práca sa komplexne venuje personálnej práci v podniku a jej hlavným personálnym činnostiam, ktorých praktickú aplikáciu vo výskumnej časti mapuje a analyzuje. Práca podáva teoretickú deskripciu personálnej práce v podniku, reflektuje jej historický vývoj, ako i fungovanie personálneho útvaru.
