Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou šikany na pracovišti, jelikož je tento jev, zejména na pracovišti, velice rozšířený a závažný. V mnohých případech se dokonce žádným způsobem neřeší a je spíše zamlčován. Nejen z těchto důvodů je nutné, aby si lidé rozšířili povědomí v této oblasti, naučili se šikanu rozpoznat, ale také, aby poznali možné způsoby, jak se případně efektivně bránit či pomoct obětem. Cílem této práce je především vytvoření uceleného a komplexního přehledu o tématu šikany v pracovněprávních vztazích a možnostech obrany proti tomuto nežádoucímu patologickému jevu. Dalším cílem je zjistit informovanost respondentů v dané oblasti prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Teoretická část práce je vypracována především na základě analýzy právních textů a odborné literatury za využití obvyklých interpretačních metod. Na základě citací relevantních zdrojů byla zhodnocena aplikace práva v praxi. Praktická část je realizována na základě využití kvantitativního výzkumu, konkrétně formou dotazníkového šetření, jehož výsledky jsou v závěru rozebrány, zhodnoceny a pro lepší přehlednost převedeny do grafů. Výsledky praktické části reflektují míru povědomí a informovanosti respondentů o tématu této bakalářské práce- šikany na pracovišti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of workplace bullying, because this phenomenon, especially in the workplace, is a widespread and serious problem. In several cases, workplace bullying is not addressed in any way and is rather kept silent. Not only for these reasons, it is necessary for people to increase their awareness in this area, learn how to recognize bullying, but also know how to defend themselves or help the victims effectively. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a comprehensive and complex overview of bullying in labor relations and the possibilities of defense against this undesirable pathological phenomenon. Another goal of this thesis is to determine the respondents‘ awareness through a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part of the thesis is developed mainly based on legal texts and professional literature analysis, using the usual interpretation methods. Based on citations of relevant sources, the application of the law in practice, was assessed. The practical part is implemented based on quantitative research, specifically in the form of a questionnaire survey. The answers are analyzed, evaluated, and converted into graphs for better clarity. The results of the practical part reflect the level of respondents‘ awareness about the topic of this bachelor's thesis - workplace bullying.
