Abstract:

Diplomovou práci jsem zpracovala na téma "Podnikatelský plán v porodní asistenci". Téma podnikání jsem zvolila z důvodu mého působení na porodním sále jako porodní asistentka a touhy posunout se v oboru do komunitní péče. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části popisuji jednotlivé kroky a náležitosti k založení podnikání ve zdravotnictví a přibližuji návod k vytvoření podnikatelského plánu. Teoretickou část jsem vytvořila na základě dostupných a aktuálních zdrojů. Ve výzkumné části je hlavním cílem vytvořit podnikatelský plán k realizaci soukromé praxe porodní asistentky na Mostecku. K jeho samotnému vytvoření vede několik dílčích cílů. V přípravné fázi podnikatelského plánu provádím strategickou situační analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí firmy. Jednotlivé výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou zobrazeny v grafech nebo tabulkách s komentářem ke každé otázce. K popisu vnějšího prostředí využívám SLEPT analýzu a kvantitativní dotazník, sdílený na sociálních sítích. Popis vnitřního prostředí jsem vytvořila na základě SWOT analýzy. Na základě výsledků strategické situační analýzy vytvářím podnikatelský plán, který je reálně využitelný pro založení nestátního zdravotnického zařízení soukromé porodní asistentky v Mostě. Podnikatelský plán obsahuje popis podniku, formu podnikání, podnikatelský záměr, personální a technické vybavení, marketingový plán a finanční plán. Závěrem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení jednotlivých dílčích cílů a hypotéz, které jsem předem stanovila. Dále hodnotím výsledný podnikatelský plán a možnost založení podniku.

Abstract:

I prepared my master thesis on the topic "Business plan in midwifery". I chose the topic of entrepreneurship because of my work in the delivery room as a midwife and my desire to move into the field of community care. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and research section. In the theoretical part, I describe the steps and essentials to setting up a business in the healthcare sector and provide guidance on how to create a business plan. I have developed the theoretical part based on available and current sources. In the research part, the main objective is to create a business plan to implement a private practice of midwives in Most. Several sub-objectives lead to its actual creation. In the preparatory phase of the business plan I conduct a strategic situational analysis of the external and internal environment of the company. The individual results of the questionnaire survey are shown in graphs or tables with comments on each question. To describe the external environment I use SLEPT analysis and a quantitative questionnaire shared on social media. I create a description of the internal environment based on a SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the strategic situational analysis, I create a business plan that is feasible for the establishment of a non-state medical facility of private midwives in Most. The business plan includes a description of the business, the form of business, the business plan, personnel and technical equipment, marketing plan and financial plan. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of each of the sub-objectives and hypotheses that I have previously established. Furthermore, I evaluate the resulting business plan and the possibility of establishing a business.
