Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma zahraniční rozvojové spolupráce České republiky, která má v českém prostředí poměrně hlubokou tradici. Systém ZRS ovšem neodpovídal mezinárodním potřebám, trendům a byl značně vzdálen od standardů vyspělých zemí. This bachelor work concentrates on the topic of foreign development cooperation of the Czech Republic, which has here a long tradition. The system of foreign development cooperation didn´t reflect international needs and tredns and was different from the standards of developed countries. It was neccesarry to reform that cooperation.
