The population training for unusual events in the Czech republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou obyvatelstva na mimořádné události v České republice. Teoretická část práce se věnuje seznámení s daným tématem a s pojmy, jež jsou pro ochranu obyvatelstva důležité. Následuje historie či současná legislativa, všeobecně platné zásady připravenosti a ochrany obyvatelstva České republiky, typizace mimořádných událostí a dále je zahrnut též povodňový plán obce Planá nad Lužnicí. V praktické části jsou prověřeny současný stav informovanosti o dané problematice, připravenosti a rovněž schopnosti vhodného chování při mimořádných událostech a krizových stavech. Tento stav je zkoumán formou dotazníkového šetření v Plané nad Lužnicí, místě bydliště autorky. V závěru práce je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření a jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení současného stavu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the preparation of the population for extraordinary events in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the work is dedicated to familiarization with the given topic, various concepts which are important for the protection of the population, history, current legislation, generally applicable principles of preparedness and protection of the population in the Czech Republic, the classification of extraordinary events and then there is the familiarization with the flood plan of the municipality of Plané nad Lužnicí. The practical part examines the current state of awareness of the issue, readiness and the ability of appropriate practical behaviour during extraordinary events and crisis situations. This state is investigated by a questionnaire survey in my place of residence in the municipality of Plané nad Lužnicí. At the end of the work, the questionnaire survey is evaluted and measures to improve the current situation are proposed.
