Cílem práce je naimplementovat algoritmus segmentace obrazu založené na rychlém aproximaci implicitních aktivních kontur a provést jeho experimentální porovnání s podobnými přístupy, které jsou součástí knihoven i3dlib a Gc vyvíjených v Centru analýzy biomedicínského obrazu. The aim of this thesis is to implement an image segmentation algorithm based on a fast approximation to the level set framework, and to carry out its experimental comparison with similar approaches implemented in the libraries i3dlib and Gc developed in the Centre for Biomedical Image Analysis.
