Public administration in the Czechoslovakia since 1949 till 1959

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o veřejné správě v období 1949 – 1959. Cílem práce je tedy analýza veřejné správy v jednom z jejích historických období, konkrétně v letech 1949 – 1959. Dílčím cílem práce bude částečné zhodnocení změn, ke kterým v tomto období ve veřejné správě došlo, jelikož tyto změny poznamenaly výrazným způsobem celé další období existence národních výborů. V rámci této práce dojde také k podání stručné charakteristiky základních zásahů do úprav činností národních výborů, ke kterým došlo v 50. letech 20. století. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do několika hlavních částí, ve kterých bude nejprve pojednáváno o veřejné správě a jejím významu, poté dojde k samotné analýze stavu veřejné správy v letech 1949 – 1959. Bude zde pojednáváno o systému národních výborů po roce 1945, o krajském zřízení v letech 1949 – 1959 a o ústředních orgánech veřejné správy v tomto období.

Abstract:

Attached Bachelor thesis disserts on structure of public administration in years 1949-1959. The aim of the thesis is analysis of public administration in one of the historical periods, exactly in years 1949-1959. Particular aim of the thesis is partial appreciation of changes, which came in this period in public administration because these modifications significantly stigmatised whole next period of people´s /national´s /comittees. Within the frame of this bachelor thesis also come to a short presentation of basic impacts the forms of funtions of nation´s comittees during the period of 50th of 20.century. The Bachelor thesis is devide to main parts, where is disserts firstly about public administration and its consequence, then comes the analyse of public service in years 1949-1959 itself. There is disserts about the frame of nation´s comittees after 1945, about regional constitution in years 1949-1959 and central administration of public administration in this time period.
