The influence of the educator on the child in the framework of education outside the class education

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výchovu dětí ve volném čase. Teoretická část přiblíží problematiku pedagogiky volného času, základní pojmy, historii a její funkce. Nahlédne do prostředí školní družiny, specifikuje její poslání a činnosti. Charakterizuje osobnost pedagogického pracovníka, profil vychovatele a jeho vliv na dítě. Rozpracuje výchovné metody používané ve volném čase, provede jejich analýzu a klasifikaci. Praktická část realizuje kvantitativní výzkumné šetření. Průzkum je proveden metodou dotazníků, které byly určeny pro vychovatele školních družin. Výzkumné otázky byly autorem práce navrženy tak, aby co nejlépe splnily stanovené cíle. Cílem práce je zjistit, které výchovné metody považují vychovatelé za nejefektivnější z hlediska kázně a motivace. Dalším cílem je prozkoumat četnost používání výchovných metod.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on raising children in free time. The theoretical part will introduce the issues of free time pedagogy, basic concepts, history and its functions. It looks into the environment of the school club, specifies its mission and activities. This thesis characterizes the personality of the pedagogue, the profile of the educator and his influence on the child. The thesis develops educational methods used in free time, performs their analysis and classification. The practical part implements a quantitative research investigation. The survey is conducted using the method of questionnaires, which were intended for educators of school groups. The research questions were designed by the author of the work in such a way as to best meet the stated objectives. The aim of the work is to find out which educational methods educators consider the most effective in terms of discipline and motivation. Another aim is to investigate the frequency of use of educational methods.
