Abstract:
Rigorózní práce popisuje historický vývoj práva a státního zřízení Anglie a Skotska do r. 1707, kdy se zájmy obou zemí staly neodlučitelnými. Práce je sepsána tak, aby právní pasáže navazovaly na historické, které se snaží uvést čtenáře do obecnějšího dějového rozhraní, čímž je zajištěna kontinuita a přehlednost celé práce. Abstract:
The thesis describes a historical development of law and polity of England and Scotland. The thesis is divided in law sections which continues after historical ones. The thesis monitors a long time period for what its purpose lies in a point of showing main points of law development of England and Scotland to the reader.
