Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá druhy nákladů občanského soudního řízení, přičemž také poukazuje na zásady jejich placení a náhrady. Cílem práce je podat ucelený přehled jednotlivých druhů nákladů řízení a přehled stávající právní úpravy k tomu nezbytné. Pozornost je také věnována principu rozhodování o vzniklých nákladech. This bachelor thesis is about the Costs of Civil proceedings, which also refers to the principle of payment and compensation. The aim is to provide a comprehensive summary of the different types of costs and to review existing legislation necessary for this.
