Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá v teoretické části problematikou psychického vývoje jedince se zaměřením na stáří a stárnutí. Zaměřuje se na zdravý životní styl seniorů, který se utváří již v předchozím průběhu života. Stejně tak se věnuje negativním faktorům ovlivňujícím zdraví. The bachelor thesis deals with problems connected to a psychological development of a human focusing on age and aging in the theoretical part. It focuses on a healthy lifesty-le of older people which develops through the earlier years of life. Similarly, the negative factors affecting the health are looked at.
