Tato práce se zabývá problematikou domácího násilí ? vymezením pojmů, definic, znaků a forem tohoto sociologického jevu. Zabývá se výskytem a příčinami domácího násilí a dále je práce zaměřena na ochranu a pomoc obětem domácího násilí, popisuje působnost jednotlivých pomáhajících subjektů, včetně jejich právních možností. This bachelor work deals with domestic violence problems - determination of terms, definitions, features and forms of this sociological phenomenon. This work is focused on appearance and causes of domestic violence, on protection and help to victims of domestic violence.
