Abstract:

Práce se věnuje problematice interkulturní komunikace na pracovišti nadnárodní organizace s konkrétním zaměřením na adaptaci cizinců na pracoviště české pobočky zahraniční firmy. Středem zájmu je průzkum adaptačních aktivit provozovaných společností a jejich přínos pro co nejrychlejší adaptaci zahraničních pracovníků.Teoretické závěry jsou konfrontovány s výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Informace získané od vybraného vzorku pracovníků indikují efektivitu adaptačního procesu a aktivit používaných organizací pro co nejrychlejší seznámení s firemní kulturou, organizací, pracovními úkoly, povinnostmi, kolektivem a pracovním týmem.

Abstract:

The work focuses on the subject of the intercultural communication at working place of the international company with concrete concetratrion to the adaptation of the foreigners in Czech brach. The main interes tis the investigation of the adaptation activities employed by the company and thein input for the soones possible adaptation of foreign employess.Theoretical presuptions are compared with the results of the questionaire investigation. The information gained from the selected Hample of the employees indicate the efficiency od the adaptation process and the activities utilised by the company for the soones possible identification with company culture, company itself, working targets, obligations, colective and working team.
