Abstract:
Velebil, Tomáš. Zdravá výživa. bakalářská práce. Brno: 2007. 30s. Práce je uceleným zdrojem informací o zdravé výživě a jejího vlivu na zdraví člověka. Podrobně je zde popsán její příznivý vliv, ale i negativní dopad nesprávné výživy na lidský organismus. Klíčová slova: racionální výživa, makronutrienty, mikronutrienty, probiotika, prebiotika, synbiotika.

Velebil, Tomáš. Health nutrition. Bachelor‘s thesis, Brno: 2007. 30 pgs. This work is a complex source of information about a heathly nutrition and its influence on a man‘s health. Its favorable influence but also a negative impact of the wrong nutrition on a human‘s body is described there in detail.
