Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku stresu a jeho vlivu na pracovní výkon zaměstnanců převážně. Cílem této práce je identifikovat stresové faktory v pracovním prostředí a zjistit, zda mají vliv na výkon pracovníka. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. This bachelor thesis deals with stress and its effects on the employees work performance.
