The potential of travel agency specializing in physically challenged in the CZ

Abstract:

Práce zkoumá potenciál cestovní kanceláře pro tělesně postižené a zaměřuje se na specifickou formu sportovního a dobrodružného cestovního ruchu. Teoretická část se zabývá především vysvětlením pojmů k správnému pochopení práce samotné a nastiňuje význam sportu a cestování pro tělesně postižené. Smíšenými výzkumnými metodami dochází práce k mnoha konkrétním výsledkům. Mezi nedůležitější patří, že 92 % tělesně postižených považuje současnou nabídku trhu cestovního ruchu za neuspokojivou a 76 % by ocenilo vznik cestovní kanceláře zaměřené na sportovní a dobrodružný cestovní ruch tělesně postižených. Na základě analýzy všech výsledků identifikuje práce existenci značného potenciálu cestovní kanceláře pro tělesně postižené. V diskuzní části se pak práce zabývá jednotlivými náměty pro další postupy a možnosti využití sociálního podnikání.

Abstract:

The thesis analyzes the potential of travel agency specializing in physically challenged people and concentrates itself to specific form of sports and adventurous tourism. The theoretic part deals in preference with explanation of terms for correct understanding of the thesis and outlines the importance of sports and tourism for physically challenged people. By mixed-method evaluation designs the thesis gives out many concrete results. Among the most essential outcomes belongs that 92 % of physically disabled people classify their current sports and tourist opportunities as insufficient and 76 % would appreciate an existence of travel agency specializing in specific form of sports and adventurous tourism. Based on analyses of all results this work identifies a great potential for such travel agency. The discussion part deals with individual topics for further approach and possibilities for usage in social undertakings.
