Abstract:
Práce se zabývá limity strategického plánování ve vybraných městech Zlínského kraje, jejich druhy a závažností vlivu na strategické plány měst. Z provedeného výzkumu vyplynulo, že mezi nejzávažnější limity během naplňování strategického plánu patří mimo jiné závislost strategického plánování na vůli zastupitelstva měst a jeho obměnách, což je v současnosti téměř neřešitelný problém. This bachelor thesis deals with the limits of strategic planning in municipalities of the Zlín region, their types and the seriousness of their impacts on the strategic plans of municipalities. For example, from data collected in municipalities has been found out, that one of most serious limits is the limit related with the municipal government and its attributes.
