The Effect of a Dynamic and Static Stretching for a Reaction Speed at the Age of Adolescent Ice-hockey Players

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem dynamického a statického strečinku na reakční rychlost. Výzkumný soubor této práce představovala skupina hokejistů (n=20) ve starším školním věku z Litoměřic. Teoretická část práce se zabývá poznatky z oblasti historie ledního hokeje, zabývá se cílovou skupinou našeho měření, vybranými motorickými schopnostmi, reakční dobou a strečinkem. Teoretická část je také doplněna studiemi o vlivu statického a dynamického strečinku na výkon. Praktická část se zabývá samotným výzkumem. Jsou zde obsaženy informace o výzkumných metodách, souboru a realizaci měření. Dále je tu také zmíněno statistické zpracování dat a výsledků. Cílem práce bylo zjištění vlivu dynamického a statického strečinku na reakční rychlost u testovaných probandů. Na základě měření a statistických výpočtů jsme došli k závěru, že mezi oběma strečinkovými metodami je statisticky významný rozdíl (t-krit=2,093 < t-stat=2,907). Z uvedeného hlediska konstatujeme, že dynamický strečink je pro snížení reakční doby u hokejistů významný.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of dynamic and static stretching on reaction rate. The research set of this work was represented by a group of hockey players (n = 20) in the older school age from Litoměřice. The theoretical part deals with the knowledge of the history of ice hockey, it deals with the target group of our measurement, selected motor skills, reaction time and stretching. The theoretical part is also supplemented by studies of the influence of static and dynamic stretching on performance. The practical part deals with the research itself. Information on research methods, file and measurement implementation is included. Statistical data and results are also mentioned here. The aim of the work was to determine the effect of dynamic and static stretching on the reaction rate of the test probands. On the basis of measurements and statistical calculations, we concluded that there is a statistically significant difference between tightening methods (t-crit. = 2,093 < t-stat.=2,907). From the point of view, we claim that the dynamic stretchingh is for reduction reaction time at hockey players significant.
