Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů, jako nástroje stabilizace zaměstnanců v rámci České republiky. Teoretická část se zabývá základními poznatky z oblasti zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů konkrétní společností – Krajským úřadem v Ostravě. Na základě dat získaných dotazníkovým šetřením jsou v této části představeny poskytované zaměstnanecké benefity, jejich využívání, spokojenost a nespokojenost zaměstnanců, absence některých benefitů a míra ovlivnění tímto faktorem při výběru zaměstnání.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on providing employee benefits as a tool for stabilizing employees in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with basic findings in the field of employee benefits. The practical part of thesis focuses on providing employee benefits in a particular company - the Regional Office in Ostrava. Based on the data obtained by means of a questionnaire survey, the provided employee benefits, their use, employee satisfaction and dissatisfaction, the absence of some benefits and the degree of influence in the choice of employment are presented in this section.
