Determination of insured value in commercial insurance companies in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na postupy ocenění, které vedou ke stanovení pojistné hodnoty rodinných domů využívaných komerčními pojišťovnami na pojistném trhu v České republice. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení jednotlivých oceňovacích postupů používaných pojišťovnami a vyhodnocení pojistné hodnoty zvoleného rodinného domu. V teoretické části práce je analyzována problematika ocenění nemovitých věcí se zaměřením na rodinné domy za účelem stanovení pojistné hodnoty. Dále jsou analyzovány a komparovány pojistné podmínky pojišťoven nabízející pojištění rodinných domů na trhu v České republice. Následně práce obsahuje případovou studii, jejíž předmětem je ocenění konkrétního reálného rodinného domu s cílem stanovit pojistnou hodnotu. Poslední část práce obsahuje případovou studii, jejíž náplní je popis, analýza a komparace výpočtů pojistné hodnoty podle metodických postupů komerčních pojišťoven na trhu v České republice. Nakonec jsou metody a vypočtené hodnoty vyhodnoceny.

Abstract:

The master thesis is focused on the valuation procedures which are necessary for the determination of the insurable values the family houses used by commercial insurance companies on the Czech Republic insurance market. The aim of the work is to evaluate the individual valuation procedures used by insurance companies and to identify the insurance value of the selected family house. The theoretical part is focused on the the analyses issue of valuation the real estate regarding to the family houses in the order to determine the insurance value. Furthermore, they are analysed and compared the insurance conditions of insurance companies which offer insurance for the family houses on the Czech market. The other part of the master thesis is focused on the case study which examines valuation for a specific real family house in order to determine the insurance value. The last part of the thesis contains a case study focused on description, analysis and comparison of the insurance value calculations according to the methodological procedures of commercial insurance companies on the Czech Republic market. At the end of the thesis are evaluated the methods and calculated values.
