Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku syndromu vyhoření u zdravotnických záchranářů. The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of burnout syndrome in paramedics. First of all, it describes the definition burnout syndrome, pointing out the factors influencing this fact, which can be caused by increased workload, various stressful situations or physical exhaustion.
