Anotácia:

Diplomová práce se zabývá prevenční povinností v BOZP, a to jak povinnostmi ze strany zaměstnavatele, tak i ze strany zaměstnance. V úvodu práce jsou vymezeny pojmy vztahující se k tomuto tématu, přičemž institut prevence je popsán v širších souvislostech. Hlavní část práce se věnuje legislativním požadavkům na BOZP s důrazem na prevenci rizik a nástroje jejich řízení ve společnostech. Není opomenuta ani role zaměstnanců a způsoby jejich zapojení do systému řízení rizik. Také je zdůrazněna odpovědnost za škodu, a to zejména v souvislosti s porušením prevenční povinnosti.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with preventive duties in OSH. It covers both: the duties of the employer and the employee as well. At the beginning of my thesis there is an explanation of the terms related to this topic, where the institute of prevention is described in its wider concept. The main part of this thesis is dedicated to the legislative requirements for OSH and it highlights risk prevention, the tools and ways for their use in companies. The role of employees and different ways of their partic-ipation in the system of risk management are dealt with as well. Also, the stressed topic is the liability for damage, especially in connection with the violation of preventive duties.
