Predmetom diplomovej práce ,,Strategická analýza podniku‘‘ je uskutočniť komplexnú analýzu súčasného stavu podniku HASMA, s. r. o.. Práca je rozdelená na časť teoretickú a praktickú. Prvá časť je zameraná na definíciu základných pojmov súvisiacich so strategickou analýzou. Ďalej sú popísané jednotlivé čiastočné analýzy.
