Abstract:

LOZINA, Ilona. Personální řízení v restauraci [Diplomová práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2016. 98 s. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou využití poznatků personalistiky a psychologie v procesu výběru nových pracovníků do restaurace, jejich adaptace a rozvoj. V této diplomové práce je proveden rozbor teoretických informací o personální činností ve firmách. K tomu bylo použito studium vědecké literatury a na jehož základě bude navrhnuta psychologická metoda výběru zaměstnanců, jejich adaptace, vypracovat a provést efektivní psychologický trénink. Pro splnění cíle této práce jsem provedla celý proces výběrového řízení na volné pozice v restauraci El Patio, kde jsem absolvovala proces adaptace pro nové zaměstnance a provedla psychologický trening na zlepšení provádění služeb. Veškeré použité informace byly čerpány z odborné literatury, interních materiálů restaurace, ověřených internetových zdrojů, z vlastní zkušenosti a na základě poskytnutých odpovědí kompetentních pracovníků.

Abstract:

LOZINA, Ilona. Personnel management in the restaurant [Master`s Dissertation] Institute of the Hospitality Management. Prague: 2016 98 p. This thesis is about how to use knowledge of human resources and psychology in the process of selecting new staff in the restaurant, their adaptation and development. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the theoretical information of human resources department with help of scientific literature to provide an effective psychological technology of personnel selection, adaptation, developing and implementation psychological training. To fulfill the objectives of this work I have carried out the whole selection process for vacant positions in the restaurant El Patio, I completed the adaptation process for new staff and I provided psychological training to imrove the customer service. All used information was drawn from literature, internal documents of the restaurant, verified Internet sources, from my own experience and based on the answers provided by competent professionals.
