Abstract:

Komunikace je důležitou součástí osobního i pracovního života. Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává téma mezigenerační firemní komunikace. Zaměřuje se na způsoby předávání zpráv ve firmě s ohledem na nejvýraznější generace 21. století. Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh na zefektivnění komunikace ve firmě, a také poukázání na rozdílný přístup k řízení komunikace u generací X a Y z pohledu managementu. Přínosem práce je pak návrh řešení zjištěných mezigeneračních komunikačních potíží ve firmě.

Abstract:

Communication is an important part of personal and work life. This bachelor thesis deals with the subject of Intergenerational Communication in company. It is focused on the communication channels in the company with respect to the most significant generations of the 21st century. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to improve communication in the company, and to point out the differences of each generation approach to management. The proposal of solution of identified intergenerational communication difficulties in the company serves as the practical contribution of this thesis.
