Abstract:

Bakalářská diplomová práce „Problematika virtuální týmové práce“ se zabývá virtuálními týmy jakožto novou formou týmové organizační struktury. První část práce ukazuje virtuální týmovou práci v kontextu moderního managementu a vymezuje virtuální tým od tradičního. V druhé části se autor snaží poskytnou detailnější definici a vysvětluje koncept virtuální týmu z hlediska virtuality a geografické rozptýlenosti. Závěrečná část práce poskytuje přehled výzkumů z oblasti virtuální týmové práce ve snaze napomoci lepšímu pochopení podstaty virtuální týmové práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor diploma thesis „The issue of virtual team working“ deals with virtual teams as a new form of team-based organizational structure. First part of thesis shows virtual teamwork in context of modern management and distinguishes virtual team from traditional ones. In the second part autor tries to give more detailed definition and explains the conception of virtual team in terms of virtualness and geographical dispersion. The last part of thesis provides a review of the findings from virtual teamwork research in an effort to facilitate better understanding of virtual team working.
