Institut bytového spoluvlastnictví byl v České republice poměrně dlouhou dobu upraven zákonem č. 72/1994 Sb., o vlastnictví bytů. Od roku 2014 nalezneme právní úpravu bytového spoluvlastnictví v zákoně č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou formami vlastnictví bytů, ať už jde o bydlení v osobním nebo družstevním vlastnictví. Práce je zaměřena na právní úpravu bytového …more
Abstract:
The Institute of Housing Co-Ownership has been regulated in the Czech Republic for a long time by Act No. 72/1994 Coll., On the Ownership of Flats. Since 2014, we find the legal regulation of housing co-ownership in Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code.
