Management zpravodajského internetového portálu
Anotace: Tato práce se zabývá charakteristikou managementu internetového zpravodajského portálu. Definuje všeobecné internetové portály a věnuje se jejich rozdělení. Dále se práce zabývá návrhem ideálního internetového portálu, který by mohl vyhovovat velké části uživatelů internetu. Je zde uveden popis a struktura ideálního portálu a dále také srovnání s již existujícím portálem, a to iDNES.cz. Důležitá část práce je věnována identifikování problémů s provozem internetového zpravodajského portálu iDNES.cz a zaměření se na uživatelské problémy. Na základě tohoto zjištění jsou v práci navržena určitá možná řešení na zlepšení a zefektivnění fungování poskytované služby.
Abstract: This work deals with the concept of an internet news portal management. It defines a general internet portals and devotes to its divisions. Last but not least the work concerns about the suggestion of the ideal internet portal, which could fit to the majority of the internet users. The description and the structure of ideal portal is mentioned here and then the comparison with already existing portal, namely iDNES.cz. The important part of this work presents how to indentify the issues in the maintaining the internet news portal iDNES.cz and focus on the users problems. There are the certain possible solutions in this work to improve the service and make it more effective when it is in use.
