Complete Interior and Exterior Design of a House at Tomky

Abstract:

V mojej bakalárskej práci sa zaoberám interiérovým a exteriérovým riešením rodinného domu na okraji osady Tomky Borský Svätý Jur. Moje riešenie zasiahne celý pozemok okrem rodinného domu, kde už rodina býva. K stávajúcemu domu pripojím veľkú garáž s ateliérom. Riešim aj umiestnenie stodoly a drevárne na pozemku, ktoré nebudú pripojené k domu, ale budú súčasťou komplexu. Celý tento komplex bude prepojený jednotnými farbami fasády, jednotnými strechami a striedaním rovnakých materiálov ako je kameň alebo drevo. Mojou úlohou je vytvoriť aj prostredie okolo komplexu budov, a tak navrhujem záhradu v anglickom štýle s bio bazénom. Teoretická časť práce analyzuje danú problematiku a sú v nej obsiahnuté hlavne normy pre veľkopriestorové haly, ateliérové priestory a záhrady. Z týchto noriem vychádzam pri svojom dispozičnom a architektonickom návrhu riešenia priestoru. Riešim jeho funkcie, projektovú dokumentáciu a priestorové zobrazenia navrhovaných priestorov.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is about interior and exterior solution of the detached house, which is situated on the edge of the settlement Tomky Borský Svätý Jur. My solution includes the whole estate without the detached house, because family already live here. I join to the house a large garage with atelier. Also I solve positioning of barn and wood storage on the property, which are just a component of the whole complex not connected directly with the house. The whole complex will be linked by uniform colours, roofs and materials like stone or wood. My task is creation of the environment around the complex. For the reason I design the garden in English-style with bio swimming pool. The theoretical part analyses this problematic. There are mainly standards for large-halls, ateliers and gardens. Especially these standards are basis for my dispositional and architectural design solution space. I solve its functions, documentation of project and dimensional image space.
