Abstract:
Bakalářská práce poskytuje stručný přehled o návykových látkách užívaných v dopravě a zároveň je uvádí do souvislosti s přestupkovým a trestním řízením či popisuje jejich negativní vliv na řidiče. Práce porovnává výši trestů za spáchané delikty, jež souvisí s návykovými látkami na modelovém příkladu a také v souvislosti s průměrnou mzdou ve vybraných státech EU.
