The diploma thesis deals with the procedure of the village Cerekvice nad Bystřicí during an extraordinary event that occurs in the company Čepro a. S. The village largely affects the emergency planning zone, which makes it difficult to implement crisis measures in the village. An evacuation has been announced for the safety of the villagers.
