Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na teoretický výklad pojmu firemní kultura a jeho dokreslení na konkrétní firemní organizaci. Věnovala jsem se jejímu postupnému vývoji, vymezení a fungování v současné společnosti.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the theoretical interpretation of the concept of corporate culture, which was illustrated on a particular business organization. I've dealt with its gradual development, definition and functioning in the current society.
