Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Úvod: V mé bakalářské práci se věnuji tématu vertebrogenních bolestí, které se dají snížit či zastavit pomocí relativně nového konceptu Neurac. Cíl práce: Cílem mé bakalářské práce je přispět k řešení problematiky bolestí zad a to volbou vhodných fyzioterapeutických konceptů a metod s hlavním využitím závěsného systému Redcord. Metodika: V praktické části mé bakalářské práce popisuji kazuistiku u probanda s bolestivostí v krční a bederní oblasti. Spolupráce trvala po dobu výzkumu 10 terapií. Před zahájením samotného výzkumu jsem provedla vstupní kineziologický rozbor a diagnostiku v Neurac metodě. Rehabilitační plán se opírá o metodiku používanou v Neurac metodě a podle jeho jasně stanovených cviků s podpůrným cvičením z dalších konceptů. Výsledky: Závěsné cvičení jednoznačně pomohlo zaktivizovat střed těla probandky, nastolit správnou svalovou odezvu se snížením svalových dysbalancí a hlavně bolesti, kterou probandka trpěla. Závěr: Všechny cíle i úkoly byly splněny. Práce splnila svůj účel, a to zbavit probandku bolestí, a objasnit jak Neurac koncept pomáhá v terapii vertebrogenních obtíží.

Abstract:

SUMMARY Introduction: In my bachelor thesis I deal with the topic vertebrogenic pain, which can be reduced or stopped using the relatively new Redcord method. The goal of the thesis: The goal of my bachelor's thesis is to contribute to the solution of the problem of back pain by choosing appropriate physiotherapeutic concepts and methods with the main use of the Redcord suspension system. Methodology: In the main part of my bachelor thesis I describe a case report of a proband with pain in the areas of cervical and lumbar. The collaboration lasted 10 therapy during the research. Before starting the research itself, I performed the initial kinesiological analysis and diagnostics in the Neurac method. The rehabilitation plan is based on the methodology used in the Neurac method and according to its clearly defined exercises with supporting exercises from other concepts. Results: The Neurac method clearly helped to activate the center of the subjekt's body, to establish the right muscle tone with a reduction in muscle imbalances and especially the pain that the subjekt suffered. Conclusions: All goals and objectives have been met. The work fulfilled its purpose, namely to relieve the proband of pain, and to clarify how the Neurac concept helps in the treatment of vertebrogenic disorders.
