Tématem této diplomové práce je SWOT analýza firmy, tedy analýza silných a slabých stránek firmy, příležitostí a hrozeb působících na firmu z vnějšího okolí. The aim of this work is to provide SWOT analysis of the firm. SWOT analysis consists of considering strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relevant to the firm. It is also an important part of situational analysis.
