Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit úroveň týdenní pohybové aktivity dívek školního věku a srovnat je s doporučením. Výsledky současných výzkumů prokazují nedostatečnou pohybovou aktivitu důsledkem pandemie, která nás všechny zasáhla. Monitorování pohybové aktivity považujeme za stále aktuální. Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the level of weekly physical aktivity of girls of school age and compare it with reccomendations. The results of current research show a lack of physical aktivity due to pandemic that has struct us all. We consider the monitoring of physical aktivity to be still current topic.
