Tématem diplomové práce je měření a řízení výkonnosti podniku. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit přístupy k měření a řízení podnikové výkonnosti ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část, která je založena na literární rešerši, se zabývá vysvětlením pojmu výkonnosti podniku a představením tradičních, moderních a komplexních přístupů k měření finanční výkonnosti podniku.
