Tato práce analyzuje kulturu v krizi nebo v době transformace a je doplněna případovou studií pro město Lvov. Záměrem práce je kriticky posoudit stav kultury na Ukrajině a určit, kdo jsou skuteční činitelé ovlivňující kulturní vývoj v zemi.
