Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku etiky v podnikání. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsou rozebírány základní pojmy spojené s etikou v podnikání. Mezi tyto pojmy patří etika, morální hodnoty, normy a ideje. Charakterizuje základní rysy podnikatelské etiky. Analyzuji elementární metody a nástroje, kterými je etika integrována do podniků. This Graduation Thesis is focused on issues of ethics in business. Theoretical and methodological part brings primary conceptions connected with ehics in business.
