Abstract:
The comparison of Friedrich Dürrenmatt's novel "Das Versprechen" with the film "Es geschah am hellichten Tag" aims to compare the differences in the role of the detective and in the theme of coincidence. It attempts to clarify why the novel is subtitled "Requiem auf den Kriminalroman" and discusses whether the film could have been subtitled "Requiem auf den Kriminalfilm".
Abstract:
Srovnání románu Friedricha Dürrenmatta ‚Das Versprechen’ s filmem ‚Es geschah am hellichten Tag’ se zaměřuje na odlišné pojetí role detektiva a zpracování motivu náhody. Zároveň se snaží vysvětlit, proč román nese podtitul ‚Requiem auf den Kriminalroman‘ a zjistit, zdali by film mohl mít podtitul ‚Requiem auf den Kriminalfilm‘.
