Possibilities of Developing of the Hypertourist Destination

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá cestovním ruchem v destinaci Lipno nad Vltavou, která se nachází v Jihočeském kraji. Jejím cílem je objektivní zhodnocení stavu cestovního ruchu v obci Lipno nad Vltavou, následně identifikovat možnosti a bariéry rozvoje cestovního ruchu na municipální úrovni. V první teoretické části práce jsou přiblíženy základní teoretická východiska související problematikou cestovního ruchu, služeb v cestovním ruchu nebo jejich specifik. Dále je popsána problematika destinace cestovního ruchu, destinačního managementu nebo hyperturistické destinace. V úvodní části jsou také blíže definovány metody, které slouží k bližší analýze, mimo jiné, destinace cestovního ruchu. V následující, analytické části je provedena hlubší analýza destinace Lipno nad Vltavou prostřednictvím např. SWOT analýzy nebo PEST analýzy. Následně jsou také prezentována a vyhodnocena data, která byla získána v rámci provedeného výzkumu. Ten byl realizován v podobě semistrukturovaných rozhovorů s celkově 15 respondenty. Ti byli vybíráni z řad vedení obce, rezidentů trvale žijících v obci a stakeholderů destinace. V závěrečné, návrhové části, jsou na základě získaných odpovědí prostřednictvím provedeného výzkumu popsány návrhy, které by mohly mít za následek potenciální odstranění současných bariér rozvoje destinace cestovního ruchu Lipno nad Vltavou.

Abstract:

Master’s Dissertation deals with tourism in the destination Lipno nad Vltavou, which is located in the South Bohemian region. Its aim is to objectively evaluate the state of tourism in the village of Lipno nad Vltavou, then to identify the possibilities and barriers to the development of tourism at the municipal level. The first theoretical part of the thesis approaches the basic theoretical background related to the issue of tourism, tourism services or their specifics. Furthermore, the issue of tourism destinations, destination management or hyperturistic destinations is described. The introductory part also defines the methods that serve to further analyze, among other things, tourism destinations. In the analytical part, the following analysis of the destination Lipno nad Vltavou is performed through e.g. SWOT analysis or PEST analysis. Finally, there are also long and evaluated data that were included in the research. This was caused in the form of semi-structured interviews with a total of 15 respondents. They were selected from the municipal management, residents living permanently in the municipality and the destination of stakeholders. In the final, design part, based on the answer obtained, the research describes proposals that could result in the possible removal of current barriers to the development of the tourist destination Lipno nad Vltavou.
