Volunteering in the Emergency Services in the Hradec Králové Region (Mauntain Rescue in Broumovské walls)

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se analyzuje schopnost zajistit záchranu života a zdraví turistů v horských oblastech Královéhradeckého kraje, v kontextu pokračujícího vnitřního stěhování obyvatelstva z venkova do měst a nastupujícího demografického stárnutí. V obou oblastech jsou schopnosti záchrany turistů podmíněny dostatkem dobrovolníků z řad místních obyvatel. Zatímco v Krko-noších zajišťuje záchranné služby Horská služba, o.p.s. s podporou spolku Horská služba, z.s., v Broumovsku jsou záchranné služby zajišťovány zcela dobrovolníky Skalní záchranné služby, z.s. a jejich členská základna stárne. Při pokračování demografického stárnutí České republiky do roku 2100 jsou ohroženy služby záchrany života zdraví turistů v CHKO Broumovsko v roz-sahu a kvalitě roku 2019.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis analyzes the ability to save the life and health of tourists in the mountains of the Hradec Králové Region, analysis is in the context of the ongoing internal migration of the population from the countryside to the cities with the emerging demographic aging. In both areas the ability to save tourists is conditioned by the sufficiency of local volunteers. While in the Krkonoše Horská služba, o.p.s. provides rescue services with the support of the Mountain Rescue Service, in the Broumov region the rescue services are provided by volunteers of the Rock Rescue Service, z.s. and their membership base begins to age. With the continuation of the demographic aging of the Czech Republic until 2100, in the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area the services of rescuing the health of tourists are endangered in the extent and quality of 2019.
