Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice rodinného podnikání v gastronomickém provozu. Cílem práce je zjistit rozdíly mezi rodinným podnikem a běžným podnikem a porovnat oba podniky. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou je zjištění, zda má rodinný podnik lepší předpoklady ve svém rozvoji než běžný podnik. The Bachelor thesis is devoted to the issue of family business in gastronomic operation. The aim of the work is to identify differences between the family business and the normal business and compare the two businesses.
