Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem teambuilding, konkrétně, zda je teambuilding vhodný nástroj pro rozvoj týmů. Práce je psaná formou literární rešerše a je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se zabývá fungováním organizace a vedení lidí v organizaci. Popisuje procesy managementu, vůdcovství a motivaci. This thesis deals with explaining the process of teambuilding and why is teambuilding good as a tool for team development.
