Neurofibromatóza typu 1 je autosomálně dominantní onemocnění charakterizované skvrnami bílé kávy, četnými neurofibromy, Lischovými noduly, axilárními a inguinálními pihami. Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na charakteristiku tohoto onemocnění. Neurofibromatosis type 1 is autosomal dominant disease characterized by café-au-lait macules, multiple neurofibromas, iris Lisch nodules, axillary and inguinal freckling. The bachelor thesis focuses on the characterization of the disease. Firstly, the thesis describes its causes. Then, it focuses on clinical manifestations, diagnostics, and treatment.
