Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, s jakými výzvami se v současné době výchovní poradci ve své funkci potýkají. Bakalářská práce popisuje, co se v jejich práci změnilo a jak se na tyto změny adaptují. V teoretické části jsou nastíněny hlavní proměny společnosti, rodiny a školy v posledních desetiletích.
