Tématem diplomové práce je majetkoprávní postavení vybraných subjektů zájmové samosprávy. K tomuto účelu budou nejprve vymezeny základní pojmy a zásady, které jsou jádrem této problematiky. Posléze bude tato oblast, v návaznosti na obecný výklad, posouzena metodou analýzy právních předpisů vztahujících se k této oblasti. The topic of my thesis is the possessive-juridical rank of the local area government´s chosen subjects. First of all for this purpose, fundamental terms and principles, which are cosidered to be the heart of the matter, will be defined.
