Legal Status of a Natural Person Entrepreneur

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is mainly focused on the legal status of a natural person entrepreneur. The work is divided into 3 chapter. The first chapter is devoted to sketch of the historical development of the business, the business and its legislation arrangement and the characteristics of the entrepreneur. The second chapter is focus on the regulation of business individuals, particularly the self-employed and this chapter also focus on the tax burden on entrepreneur. The final chapter compares the legal status of person conducting business in year 1990 with the year 2012. First, the final chapter is focus only about an entrepreneur in 1990, identify pitfalls encountered in their activity, and then compares the differences out what can be a better approach in business in 2012. The work adds to the list of literature and annexes. Work we have tried to summarize the current knowledge of the rules of business of the individual and compare it with the past.

Abstract:

Bakalárskej práca je predovšetkým zameraná na právne postavenie fyzickej osoby podnikateľa. Práca je rozdelená na 3 kapitoly. Prvá kapitola je venovaná historickému náčrtu vývoja podnikania, podnikaniu a jeho právnej úprave, charakteristike podnikateľa. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na právnu úpravu podnikania fyzických osôb, najmä na živnostníka a venuje sa aj daňovému a odvodovému zaťaženiu podnikateľov. Posledná kapitola porovnáva právne postavenie fyzickej osoby podnikateľa v roku 1990 s rokom 2012. Najprv približuje len podnikateľa v roku 1990 s akými úskaliami sa stretol pri svojej činnosti, potom komparuje a uvádza rozdiely o čo je možno lepší prístup v podnikaní v roku 2012. Prácu dopĺňa zoznam použitej literatúry a prílohy. Prácou sme sa snažili zosumarizovať poznatky súčasnej právnej úpravy podnikania fyzickej osoby a porovnať ju s minulosťou.
